When Katie (Ava Deluca-Verley) gets her driver's license, Mel (J.K. Simmons) makes excuses to ride in the car with her; meanwhile, Joyce (Jenna) tries to fit in with the students in her new college classes.
Also on tonight's episode, Jenna's husband of 19 years, Bodhi Elfman, will make an appearance on the show… he has a cameo as a driver with whom Mel & Katie get into a car accident.
Should be entertaining to watch, so tune in and have fun!

Mel (J.K. Simmons) flips out when he finds marijuana in his daughter Katie's (Ava Deluca-Verley) bag - only to discover his ex-wife Joyce (Jenna Elfman) put it there. Apparently, Joyce is trying things she never could when married to Mel!
Meanwhile, as his twelfth birthday approaches, Henry (Eli Baker) is convinced he's going blind since that's the age his dad was when he lost his sight. It's irrational, but just in case, Henry and his best friend Runyen (Lance Lim), embark on a quest to see the one thing a boy must see before he goes blind.

Jenna and GROWING UP FISHER cast mate Ava DeLuca-Verley visited the set of the TODAY show in NYC and sat down with Matt Lauer and Savannah Guthrie to discuss their new NBC comedy.
Jenna and Ava then chatted with Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb on their segment of TODAY and discussed the interesting family dynamic of the show's Fisher family.
Jenna will make two appearances on NBC's TODAY show on Tuesday morning, February 25th, during the 8:00am and 10:00am hours, promoting the premiere of "Growing Up Fisher" in its regular time slot, Tuesdays at 9:30pm/8:30c on NBC. This airing will be an encore presentation of the pilot episode that premiered Sunday night after the Olympics.
